Leviat is a world leader in lifting, connecting and anchoring technology for the construction industry.
Our presence in the UK market dates back to 1882, when an industrialist named George Clark founded a steel fabrication company in Sheffield which was to be the origins of Ancon. In the 1980s, Helifix was founded, the originator of the one-piece helical wall tie, and Halfen expanded to the UK from Germany. Later, in 2009, Isedio, an armoured floor jointing business was established.
This group of construction accessories companies united to form Leviat in 2020. As Leviat, we are continuing our long tradition of providing clients across the UK with innovative products, engineered solutions and localised customer support.

The advanced manufacturing facilities from which we operate meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Our design and manufacture (including welding) of structural steelwork is certified up to and including Execution Class 3 (EXC 3) as defined in BS EN 1090-2 for both the UK and Europe.
